Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing times

• RefMasters apparel is printed to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships.
• Smitty and Honig’s gear ships from our partners’ warehouses within [X] business days.

Delivery times

• RefMasters apparel: most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days of purchase.
• Smitty and Honig’s gear: most orders arrive within [X] business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may run longer during holidays, peak season, or carrier delays.

Orders with multiple items
RefMasters apparel, Smitty gear, and Honig’s gear ship from different locations. If your order includes items from more than one, you’ll receive separate packages and a tracking email for each.

Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for [rate], calculated at checkout.

Tracking
You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as each package ships.

Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t change an address once an order is in production. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Returned packages that aren’t claimed within 30 days can no longer be reshipped.

Lost packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, or it hasn’t arrived, contact us at orders@therefslocker.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier and our partners to resolve it.
